
This juice is full of zest, fresh, and absolutely packed with vitamins and low, low calories. It’s a definite favorite of mine for a quick pick-me-up, and doesn’t take more 10 minutes to make so great for juice-on-the-go as well.
Ingredients:
6 kiwis
2 green apples (preferably with the skin unpeeled)
2 limes
With a smoothie/juicer machine, give all the ingredients a good spin. The skin of the apples will give a bit more of a cloudy mixture, but it contains a lot of flavanoids and thus has a lot of nutritional value! Also the skin contains insoluble fibre which is great for digestion.
