Okay, this is my all time favorite salad, the recipe for which I borrowed from my aunt in Thailand. It is a very typical staple salad in south east Asian countries in general, and they usually add a very hot twist to it by sprinkling a liberal amount of chopped chillies into it, so feel free to do so at your taste bud’s leisure!

Ingredients:
A cup of small prawns
Thin slices of 1 ripe mango
Thin slices of 1 ripe papaya
Thin slices of ½ cucumber
Small chopped pieces 1 tomato
Two tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime

Just bung them all in a mixing bowl together and add chilies if you like. Alternatively a nice dash of either soya sauce or fish sauce will add a nice subtle kick as well.

Enjoy a fresh, healthy, colorful salad!
