I know once you lose weight you should definitely work to “keep the weight off”.

But I don’t like to think of it as keeping it off.

I’d much rather think of what it is I want to keep on.

Here’s what I came up with.

I want to keep on feeling good about myself
I want to keep on being as healthy as I now am
I want to keep on walking and running without getting short of breath.
I want to keep on being admired by my husband for what I’ve accomplished.
I want to keep on this journey of self-change.
I want to keep on encouraging my friends with their weight-loss efforts.
I want to keep on loving,

and I can do all of that better since I’ve taken good care of myself.
