Here’s a problem many women run into when they lose weight.

It’s a common problem, so if you find yourself there, or if you’ve been there
in the past, don’t feel bad. You are anything but alone.

This is what happens. So many women go on a diet, restricting their food intake. But then, when they reach goal weight, they no longer need to follow a reduced-calorie eating regimen.  Here’s where they get into trouble. They simply don’t know how to eat when they are not dieting. Whenever they were not dieting in the past, all they knew how to do was eat too much.

Does that sound familiar? It certainly can be a big problem for you if lose weight and want to keep it off. If you don’t know how to eat when you’re not on a diet, but you don’t need to be on a diet any more, what will you do?
