Tone your legs on cardio day!  Doing bodyweight cardio is both a strength and cardio workout.   It is one of the best ways to help tone your legs. Burn body fat like crazy with bodyweight workouts! Bodyweight workouts use natural body motions that don’t limit your natural range of motion like machine lifting does. And, doing bodyweight exercises at full speed will burn even more fat and calories! If you’re bored with running on machines or biking for cardio exercise, try a bodyweight cardio workout to better tone your legs. Changing up your workout can also help you break thru fat loss plateaus. So, spice up your cardio workout days and sculpt your legs. It only takes about 20 minutes of intense cardio!

Its easy to do with a circuit workout:

–Bodyweight squats, 12 repetitions

–Medicine Ball Pushups (pictured above), 12 repetitions

–Step ups, 10 repetitions each leg (knee-high platform)

–Pullups, 6-8 repetitions

–Side lunges, 10 repetitions each leg

–Triceps Dips, 15 repetitions

Do this circuit 3 times.  Take little or no rest between exercises.  Rest 1-2 minutes between circuits.
