broccoli dip2If your kids haven’t tried eating broccoli with an Italian Pizza twist, they are missing out!

This is an easy and tasty way to dress up boring vegetables.

Breaded Broccoli Ingredients:


  • 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 3 TBL grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt (to taste)

In separate bowl, combine:
  • 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
  • 2 TBL milk

Mix cut up broccoli florets in egg white/ milk mixture. Next, remove broccoli from egg whites and place in bowl with the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. You can also place bread crumbs into gallon size plastic bag and mix in around in the bag. Place coated broccoli on cookie sheet.  Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.  Serve with pizza or spaghetti sauce.
