This cauliflower soup is the quickest soup you’ll ever make. You can have this soup on the table faster than you could get lunch from a drive-thru. So why go for the unhealthy option? This cauliflower soup only takes two steps:

Step 1:

Steam or roast a chopped cauliflower (this took 5 minutes to steam in my rice cooker)

Step 2:

Blend the cauliflower, in blender using:
  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 1 cup warm low fat milk
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • Season with salt, pepper, and parsley

And that is all!
