I've been on a porridge  kick lately. I can't get enough of it!



Cinnamon oatmeal topped

with sliced strawberries and unsweetened carob chips






And because of the recent cold weather, my

oven has been busy roasting many vegetables...










Tempeh, corn, peas, carrot, lotus root, daikon, broccoli, swiss chard, brussel sprouts,

balsamic vinegar, mustard, onion, garlic, dill, sage, thyme, paprika and black pepper







And I find it so much easier to prepare roasted vegetables than stir-fries...










Question: Are there any meals that you prepare differently in colder months, than in warmer months?
