- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. maple extract
- Optional (1-4 TBL of water, depending on how thin you like your smoothies.
Blend well!
