The first time I had Moussaka was in Greece. I probably sampled most of the cuisine Greece has to offer, like gyros, spanakopita, tzatziki, souvlaki, baklava, stuffed grape leaves and even ouzo.
I have always had an indifferent relationship with eggplant, or "aubergine." I don't really like it or really hate it, but the sliminess bothers [...]
