Most of my favorite seafood recipes contains shrimp. Consumption of shrimp is considered healthy, regardless of the high cholesterol values they contain, due to the ability of improving LDL to HDL cholesterol ratio in human body, helping the circulatory system. Shrimps are rich in protein, calcium, iodine and also high in vitamin B12.
